After 18 days it will confirm that you are pregnant. It will then automatically calculate the expected date of birth and provide cycle and planning statistics. You can have the recorded data printed out and analyzed by one of our distribution partners or by the manufacturer. The computer has to be sent in for this. The data printout is available for free for Baby-Comp. For Lady-Comp and pearly a data printout (9-12 months) is available at a price of € 35 incl. VAT plus postage.

A woman is fertile on the day she ovulates and five days before ovulation, because under favorable conditions male sperm will remain active and fertile in a woman’s body for up to 120 hours. The ovum can be fertilized for a maximum of 18 hours. Peak fertility occurs on the day of ovulation and two days before.
Fertility computers forecast and monitor your fertility for a period of six days.
Green = infertile - Red = fertile - Yellow = learning and transitional phase. This daily indication is valid for 24 hours and accurate from the beginning.
The letter "F" will appear on the display if your temperature exceeds 37.8 degrees Celsius. This temperature reading will not be recorded.
Baby-Comp provides a boy/girl forecast on fertile days. Input of information on intercourse is required.

Lady-Comp and Baby-Comp comes complete with integrated battery and separate power supply unit. The computer must be charged before you use it. The first time it takes about 24 hours to charge the battery. Recharging takes approximately 12 hours for a full charge.
If the computer is not in use for extended periods of time it must be recharged every three months to prevent damage to the battery.
Ladycomp and babycomp are designed for battery operation only.
Ladycomp was specifically developed to provide a safe and natural way of contraception and fertility management. At your request, it can be upgraded to include the Baby-Comp planning program.

Every woman ovulates only once in each cycle. On the rare occasion of two or more ovulations, they will occur within 24 hours. After ovulation, the egg can be fertilized for a maximum of 18 hours. After intercourse, male sperm will remain active and fertile in the female body for a maximum of 120 hours. This means that a woman can conceive on six days out of a cycle of generally 28 days.
The memory is not volatile, which means that the data remains permanently in the memory even if the battery is empty.
After the first full month of use the computer will automatically request input of the days of menstruation.
Use the computer keys to input every day of menstruation (at least three days).
Before you start using the computer, you may retroactively input any "M" information you have.
Our fertility computers have been programmed to accurately detect the time of ovulation in a woman’s cycle based on her temperature which is taken every morning. The knowledge base of the program includes an analysis of hundreds of thousands of women’s cycles and biomathematical forecasting software.
Take your wake-up temperature every morning before you get up by placing the basal temperature sensor under your tongue for 50-60 seconds. If you are menstruating press the plus key. The temperature will appear on the display, alternating with the current cycle day and the daily fertility indicator: green = infertile, red = fertile or yellow = learning phase (startup phase).
A mono-phase is a cycle without ovulation. In this case, the indicator will stay on "red".
A red flashing light on the cycle computer display indicates the expected time of ovulation. This is only an estimate.
After ovulation your temperature will rise by approx. 0.25 to 0.45 degrees Celsius
The Pearl Index indicates the number of unintended pregnancies during 100 years of use of a certain contraceptive. If, for example, a birth control pill has a Pearl Index of 1, this means that if 100 women use this birth control pill for one year, one woman will become pregnant during that year.

The fertility computers are suitable for shift work. You can set the alarm according to when you want to get up. That way you can take your temperature on one day at 8 a.m and at 2 p.m the next. The temperature taking window will be released after 24 hours.
